We want you to love your FamilyBlanky. If you are not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products. Clearance and final sale items.

3. Process
Contact us at support@familyblanky.com to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned items.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered if the requested item is in stock.
